We stopped by for lunch after visiting the Farmer’s Market. We visited this restaurant at the recommendation of staff at the coffee shop around the corner. We stopped in the gift shop first and spent such a nice time talking with the woman in the store. She was so friendly and personable. She walked us to the restaurant and we decided to sit at the bar for lunch. The food was really good – great fried biscuits with the shrimp and grits. The restaurant was busy but the service was quick. The bartender took a bit to warm up but ended up being good with service. We ended up going back into the shop to look around and continued on with our conversation with the woman working in the gift shop. She frankly made the experience for us. I wish I had thought to get her name. We will definitely stop at Sweetwater 123 again if we return to Summerville.

We stopped here because we’re total tourists and wanted some sweet tea while we were in the town that says it’s the birthplace of sweet tea. We went mid afternoon on a Thursday so it wasn’t crowded, we were greeted nicely, and seated immediately. We got sweet tea, fried okra, and fried green tomatoes. All of it was good but that truly was the best fried okra I’ve ever had. The waitress was excellent and very nice. The prices were reasonable. The building was really nice. If you’re in town, give this place a try.

There for lunch. Ate sandwiches made with toasted sourdough, bacon, turkey, tomatoes and lettuce. They were delicious and loaded. They came with a side salad that was fresh and tasty. The service was good and prompt. Great place for lunch.

We went to Sweetwater 123 with our traveling buddies, as we we’re staying at the KOA. We had a fabulous dinner (shrimp and grits and shrimp and sausage ), great wine pairing and out of this world desserts!! Our server was Bryanna and she was amazing! Definitely hope to go back this trip!!

Stopped in for lunch and while not busy they had a decent crowd for 2 in the afternoon. My wife had the Big Bopper Burger and she loved it. I had the Vegan wrap and it was excellent. The service was quick and friendly. Will stop in the next time we are in Summerville.
